Growing up in Memphis, Tennessee, Smurf developed a deep appreciation for authentic Memphis-style, barbecue and the traditions that make it legendary. At The Smoke Vault, he brings that heritage to every meal, slow-smoking premium meats with time-honored techniques and bold, authentic flavor.

His passion for great barbecue, attention to detail, and commitment to Southern hospitality ensure every guest enjoys a meal that’s freshly smoked, professionally served, and always memorable.

Kamela “Kam” Philon

Operations Manager

Kamela is the driving force behind The Smoke Vault’s day-to-day operations. From creating Southern sides, homemade desserts, and handcrafted beverages to delivering exceptional customer service and making sure all orders go out with care, she is dedicated to making every guest feel like family.
